The issue of gender balance within new and experimental music has been much discussed, but how do we go about effecting change? After we have identified the issues what strategies can we develop to change the infrastructures that underpin musical institutions? Artist and activist Jenny Moore opens up a deconstructed conversation with artists from across the festival and including the audience on how we can all become co-conspirators and challenge the institutions that surround us to value artists, composers and musicians of all genders.
